1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was sent, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for an exchange.

For any return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging, with all components and accessories included

 


 

2. Return Process

If your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at cs-admin@zessentials.sg within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return, photos of the item, and your proof of purchase.
  2. Approval: Once we review and approve your request, we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 


 

3. Refunds

We do not offer a money-back guarantee for our products. Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is verified as defective or damaged upon receipt, we will process a full refund, including return shipping fees.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong product, we will arrange an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

 


 

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot process refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product has been used or is not in its original condition
  • Product was damaged due to improper handling or assembly

 


 

5. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
