Zessentials currently delivers within Singapore, excluding restricted areas like Pulau Ubin, St John’s Island etc.
All orders are shipped through our in-house delivery team and other carefully selected delivery service providers such as Lalamove, GrabExpress, Qxpress within Singapore. We are unable to ship to other Singapore islands such as Pulau Ubin.

Monday To Friday: Between 10.00am to 6pm
Currently there are no deliveries and installations on weekends and Public Holidays.

Staircase Delivery Fees
If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) Zessentials will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
This applies to stairs within landed properties, townhouses, duplex condos, maisonettes and mezzanine.
Customer can opt to carry to designated floor and no extra charges will be incurred.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges of $10 per item per floor will apply.
